HOW IT ALL BEGAN

The beginnings of YUMMY cheese making go back to 1998 when more or less by default a small cheese production began to take root in Bali. The first products were a straightforward white CURD CHEESE, a crumbly FETA CHEESE as well as various FRESH SPICED CHEESE. These items were enjoyed in restaurants and hotel Chefs were eager to please their customer with a variety of cheesecakes, with FETA cheese on top of popular Greek Salad and with creamy spreads of fresh Cheese mixed with garlic and green or black pepper from the plantations on gunung Agung. Over the years PT YUMMY FOOD has grown into a stable company with a diligent and skillful workforce of about 50 men and women.
